Good Enough to Eat!

My local Harris Teeter had a limited supply of this great ice cream — Tar Heels Sundae. It’s vanilla ice cream with fudge brownies and little chocolate footballs filled with caramel! It was great! Not just because the ice cream was good, but also because I’m a Carolina alum who’s trying to teach her 7-year-old daughter about Blue Heaven. I must tell you that there were NO Wolfpack, Duke or Wake Forest ice cream flavors. Just Carolina.
